“You are limited in the places you can sleep. Security will wake you up and tell you to leave. You try to find a secure place but then security will chase you off, no matter how cold it is, or if it is raining.”
When Christina and Michael came to Denver there were no shelter beds available. They got a ticket when they tried to find shelter out of the snow.
“I want tiny homes set up. We have to have things these people can afford. These guys have to be able to sleep at night. Start putting these people in houses!” Ray
Miguel grew up in the public housing of Denver’s Curtis Park. Homeless, he now helps at the Salvation Army shelter.
